An all-beef frank steamed in a natural casing, doused in minced meat chili (no tomatoes, no beans, no problem), garnished with chopped raw onion and mustard, and loaded into a steamed split-top bun. Reminiscent of the coney dog, which, confusingly, isn't actually from Coney Island.
